Hospital Authority of Miller County delivers comprehensive healthcare services, including advanced imaging with MRI, CT, digital mammography, and ultrasound; inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with physical, occupational, and speech therapy; a 24/7 physician-staffed emergency department; respiratory therapy, wound care, and dialysis services. The hospital also provides inpatient and outpatient surgery, endoscopy procedures, sleep studies, and full lab services. Beyond the hospital, Miller County operates specialty clinics offering podiatry and metabolic disease management, as well as a long-term ventilator and dialysis care unit, nursing homes, home health, home infusion, a full-service retail pharmacy, and childcare through Miller Care Academy.
